Perfecting the art of ugali

 A staple dish of EAST AFRICA introduction:

Ugali, a simple yet beloved dish, is more than just a food, it's a cultural icon in East Africa. A tasty dish is achieved by the following simple steps:

(I)Boil a considerable amount of water according to the number of people to take the dish

(II)Add a small amount of flour ( it can be that of maize,millet or sorghum)

(III) Continue starring it until it starts hardening 

(Iv) Leave it on a moderate fire for 4-5 minutes 

(V)Serve the dish with the stew of your choice
